Just a quick question please. I’m fairly new to my Weber bbq. Just wondering if I should be cleaning the underside of the lid and underneath? All good with the grill bars but was just thinking of the rest of it.
A good question! I clean grill bars with every cook. Then I guess every couple of months, maybe a bit more, I would give it a really deep clean by burning very hot and brushing the inside of the lid, clearing out the bottom etc. It gets very heavy use and this is enough for me, so suggest perhaps you would need to do less. Unless you had been cooking something particularly 'drippy'
Thank you. I’m on the right track then as that’s what I was thinking. Using a lot at the moment. About 12 of the last fifteen days. Love it. Went for the 70th anniversary edition Weber.
Please can you cook some fish at your live cook-a-long with a salad on the side?
Excellent idea, let me plan stuffs
Great rule of thumb, 1tbsp per kg, I’d been wondering if I’d over salted a few times. Thanks!
