Thanks for this! Is the process pretty much the same for a Weber? Have you written a piece on that and might you be able to share it? (New here!)

I know you talked about your pans here also, I wonder if you’ve written a piece on equipment in general?

Soo excited to get stuck in to you content and waiting patiently for the next set of fire school dates!!!

Hey Jo, Welcome! Let me do something on weber's and my favourite equipment - I may try and do that from Hunter Gather Cook this weekend. Am finding (because things are CRAZY busy right now) that video content is great for me and really personal to my subscribers.

Oooh that would be amazing!! Video content is brill, happy to sit with a cuppa and watch you!!

My other question, while I’m brimming with bbq excitement….! I’ve been gifted a small Kamado, the little travel ones. I assume the process for lighting/managing airflow is the same as above, I just wondered if there’s a ratio of coal to size that you recommend?

Thanks so much! I’m in heaven with your content! Xx

Hi Gen, I want to ask a question about presses for smash burgers. Is this the place to post this or do I need to be posting somewhere else?
