This is definitely not intended to be preachy, and I admit it’s no doubt my age, but I am finding myself becoming more and more preoccupied by what goes into my body. As in: you really are what you eat, the food we put in our mouths is the only thing that fuels every single process our amazing and complex bodies continuously undertake behind the scenes. So I am trying my best not to eat any processed crap, and whilst I am never giving up meat, the meat that I do eat is the best I can buy and eaten less often to balance the fact its more expensive. Good meat should be more expensive, there is a wider value to animals lives and the environmental impact of mass production is certainly not something to be dismissive of. We simply shouldn’t be eating meat every day. In here you find 5 of my favourite recipes that just happen to be vegetarian.
