After another busy couple of weeks, I am really looking forward to cooking brunch with some of you this Saturday, a nice chill way to kick off the weekend. I am hoping to be brave and do it via a live on my YouTube channel. I can’t get the recorded video quality of Zoom to be anything like good, and you are limited to 30 minutes so thought I would try a different way. YouTube seems fairly straightforward (in theory), looks like I just need to head on, set up a live and then email you all a link. So, if you fancy joining in, look out for another email from me on Saturday morning (that’s the 14th October - planning to start cooking at 10am, figure on getting an email link at 9.30. You should be able to comment as we go and if I grab a family member I should be able to cook and keep on top of questions. No doubt there will be the usual amount of chaos. If you can’t join, never fear, it will save as an unlisted video on my channel. Although I’m not quite sure if the link address for the live is the same to watch again or I need to send out a new link. We’ll work it out between us :-)
