Date drop! Christmas Over Fire Classes for '23

Up on my website I have just posted 3 dates for the Christmas Over Fire Classes this year ready to book if you fancy…
Much as I don’t 100% dig Christmas on a personal level (too cold, too dark, too much fuss) I really missed holding these classes last year (thank you, knee surgery). They are definitely a highlight of Bristol Fire School, so lovely to have a garden full of laughing people. The best way for me to tolerate winter (and indeed Christmas) is to spend as much time as possible outside, soaking in every drop of weak sun and fresh air.
The format is a bit different than my usual classes in that there is less chatter and teaching from me and more just cooking and fun. We all work together to make a big of Christmas lunch, all the trimmings, to share together. All the cooking is done outside over as many fires as it takes to get the job done.
You’ll go away with lots of recipes and ideas, practical tips on juggling your grills, and very full tummies. I actively encourage you to bring booze, and I will no doubt raid my cupboard of whiskey’s.

Classes run from 10-4-4.30 in central Bristol and will go ahead whatever the weather.
