Just a heads up that Bristol Fire School spring classes are now live and bookable up on the website.



We are bringing back the highly popular American Low & Slow class a couple of times this spring, alongside three brand new classes - Curry from the Fire, Mexican Fire, and a South American Asado class. Click on the links for more info on these new classes.
Fish, that perennially tricky customer when it comes to fire cooking deserves its own special day. If you love fish and seafood this day is jammed full of recipes from my book SCORCHED and you will leave feeling confident and inspired
