Good afternoon!
I have just had a cancellation for this Friday’s Christmas Over Fire Class - 22nd November. The weather if looking way better than the icy sleet of today. There will be mince pies and mulled apple juice with (or without!) whisky to start the day, followed by a full day of cooking and eating all sorts of lovely recipes to make a full Christmas dinner which we will share late afternoon.
If you fancy sneaking off work and joining us for a day of food and fun the link to book is here: Christmas, 22nd Nov. And if you wanted to sneak off as a pair we will be able to fit in 2 people, drop us an email - bristolfireschool@genevievetaylor.co.uk

Becky and I have been busy planning spring classes and things look to be slowly falling in to place. There’s still a couple of floating US trips I am trying to pin down before we can set a firm schedule in place, but figure on classes most Monday’s and some Fridays throughout mid March to mid May. Then dates for the rest of the summer will follow as soon as my festival slots fall into place.
Firm dates for spring get released for those with gift vouchers first, right at the start of the new year - so if you have a voucher you get priority booking basically. There are a few vouchers left on the website.
We are planning a few different classes this year, so alongside Fundamentals and Kamado classes there will be more American Low & Slow BBQ classes, plus special classes focussing on South East Asian and Mexican fire cooking, Curries from the Fire and an open fire South American Asado day. There may also be a fish and seafood special day, and if theres enough interest a vegetarian day.
Feel free to post any other suggestions for classes you would like to see in the comments below and we can through it into the mix!
Stay cosy!
