And if you are one of my paying subscription people I apologise for the lack of comms form me the past couple of weeks. It’s peak BBQ season here and I am slammed to breaking. I will pause subs for a few weeks because I just can’t stretch myself any thinner or further.

But I will try and keep you all, free and paid, updated on the things that I am up to. And as soon as I feel like I can surface things will get back to normal a little.

By the way, I have just started writing a new book, and whilst I am not quite ready to share anything about it yet, what I do know is I may need your help with questions about fire cooking. I want it to be the most useful book ever written about fire and for that I need to know what you’d like to know.
