Hope you are all enjoying a little warm sunshine and finding some time to barbecue!
Just letting you know that dates for autumn are on the website and ready for booking.
Excitingly, there are two dates for a brand new class that will show you how I cook brisket, ribs and Texas Hot Links alongside all the classic American sides. (Note these classes are £230 per person due to both the lengthy time needed for pre-prep for the class, and the high ingredients costs of brisket)
